With a double master’s degree in Innovation Design Engineering from Royal Collage of Art (MA) and Imperial College London (MSc), and strategy experience from McKinsey, I turn ambiguity into vision, empathy into user-center innovation, and moonshot ideas into scalable business impact.

Solo R&D. Developed concept-to-functional prototype in 4 months. Integrated Arduino, Unity, UX research, and hardware design. The prototype achieved a fingernail size and a Bluetooth connection with smartphones.

Sales teams were overwhelmed managing complex, omnichannel engagement under intense time pressure. Despite rich data, they lacked digital tools to turn insights into action.

As Product Manager, I led UX strategy and product roadmap for an AI app, analyzing 200+ variables to prioritize high-impact features. I ran workshops in 4 countries to align AI scientists, business leaders, and users, and worked with C-suites to define KPIs.

Co-led research and digital prototyping to engage a rare user group (0.005%) and improve Japan’s Foster Parent System.

Issue
Japan’s foster care system suffers from extremely low participation—just 20,000 foster households (0.005%) despite 4.5 million people understanding the concept. Empathy-led research was needed to uncover barriers and reimagine outreach.

RESOLUTION
Co-led design research to understand this rare user group and uncovered the journey gaps. Created actionable persona archetypes and designed digital engagement tools — illustrated manga and a quiz — to boost empathy and emotional connection.

• Identified key journey gaps and created targeted interventions
• Published a McKinsey Insight White Paper; praised as a “breakthrough in reaching rare profiles”
