Issue
Sales teams were overwhelmed by managing complex, omnichannel engagements under intense time pressure. Despite rich data, they lacked digital tools to turn insights into action.

RESOLUTION
As a Product Manager, I led UX strategy and product roadmap for an AI app, analyzing 200+ variables to prioritize high-impact features. I ran workshops in 4 countries to align cross-functional teams - users, AI scientists, and business - and worked with C-suites to define KPIs. Created an App UI wireframe prototype to align with the workshops visually.

Issue
Japan’s Foster Care System suffers from extremely low participation—just 20,000 foster households (0.005%) despite 4.5 million people understanding the concept. Empathy-led research was needed to uncover barriers and reimagine outreach.

RESOLUTION
Co-led design research to understand this rare user group and uncovered the journey gaps. Created actionable persona archetypes and designed digital engagement tools — illustrated manga and a quiz — to boost empathy and emotional connection.

• Published a McKinsey Insight White Paper; praised as a “breakthrough in reaching rare profiles” by the policy makers
